BrightRoll works exclusively with publishers and application developers who offer high-quality branded content and features in safe-viewing environments. It is essential that we are able to effectively target the appropriate audience within a site or mobile application.
Websites and application developers applying to the BrightRoll network must meet specific guidelines to join and must be appropriately categorized in order to receive ads.
We completely review all sites prior to including them in our network. We do not accept any of the following types of sites: adult, bot sites, hate, crime or illegal sites, sites offering pirated content/software, chat/forum websites, controversial sites, or sites in a foreign language. Every site must meet our editorial and technical guidelines.
Here are our high-level requirements for all sites:
Must have at least 5 million US video views/month
Cannot contain any unlicensed or copyright-infringing content
Cannot contain adult content, hate- or crime-related content, or other unacceptable content
Cannot contain information that may constitute libel, defamation, infringement, or may otherwise violate the privacy, publicity or other rights of a third party
Sites must be able to accept VAST tags (iab.net/vast)
Sites must use its own video player technology to serve video ads
It is preferred that all sites are measured by comScore
Sites must be launched prior to partnership discussions with our publisher team
Every mobile website and application must also meet our editorial and technical guidelines. Here are our high level requirements for mobile websites and applications:
Must have at least 3 million US video views/month (or opportunities for 3 million video ad views for a non-video site/app)
Cannot contain any unlicensed or copyright-infringing content
Cannot contain adult content, hate- or crime-related content, or other unacceptable content
Cannot contain information that may constitute libel, defamation, infringement or may otherwise violate the privacy, publicity or other rights of a third party
Cannot be in a foreign language
Cannot contain any malware
Must be launched prior to partnership discussion with our publisher team
