Last week, I had the pleasure of sitting down with my friend Bambi Francisco to discuss BrightRoll and our new High Definition advertising units. We spent a fair amount of time discussing the importance of hiring the right people, which tends to mean hiring slowly and selectively. We also discussed the power of online video advertising and the importance of thinking “outside of the player.”
