RESPONSIBILITIES:

Director, Network Development – Publisher Lead
The Director, Network Development – Publisher Specialist will lead a team responsible for building, managing and growing key strategic partnerships with the upper-most echelon of video-centric web publishers.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales-focused business developer who can bring their BD and traditional selling skills to BrightRoll to close and manage complex, revenue-focused partner relationships. The ideal candidate excels in a player/coach role and has experience managing a team of two or more direct reports.
You will report to and work with the Vice President, Network Development to manage your goals, your team’s goals, business quotas, and both existing and new publisher account relationships, including handling publisher inquiries, resolving concerns, and making outbound requests to publishers to further BrightRoll’s strategic initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should be very comfortable with the end to end consultation and problem-solving elements of selling. You and your team will educate prospects on the BrightRoll value proposition and attend prospect and client meetings. You’ll work closely with the media, sales, product and technology teams to help drive the business’ overall goals.
Your team will be responsible for helping to manage the publisher integration process, working closely with the Media team, and you’ll put your analytical skills to work to ensure that these partners achieve specific objectives.

Network Development Account Manager
The Network Development Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key strategic partnerships already in place with the upper-most echelon of video-centric web publishers.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced relationship manager who can bring their business and partner development skills to BrightRoll to manage complex, revenue-focused partner relationships for our growing Media & Publishing team. In this high-visibility role you will be responsible for building and executing on account plans designed to maximize our revenue-generating publisher relationships.

You’ll continue to educate prospects on the BrightRoll value proposition and set up meetings for the senior team. Additionally, you’ll attend prospect and client meetings and work as part of the Network Development team to help close prospects. You will assist in the contracts process (document comparisons, version control, trafficking changes to Legal and prospect, etc.). You’ll work closely with the media, sales and tech teams to help drive the business’ overall goals.
You will be responsible for helping to manage the publisher integration and rich media approval processes, working closely with the Media team, and you’ll put your analytical skills to work to ensure that these partners achieve specific objectives.

We’re looking for an Ad Traffic Coordinator. You will be an essential part of the Media Group, working to implement online video ad campaigns. This will include video encoding, ad code testing and trafficking, ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of campaigns, and ad hoc reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Traffic, test, and maintain campaigns
- Monitor and reconcile delivery across 3rd party ad serving systems
- Interface with clients and 3rd party vendors to ensure correct implementation of ad code and creative assets, troubleshooting as necessary
- Work directly with Account Management team to set up campaigns and meet campaign delivery deadlines and goals
- Support Sales team to execute campaign commitments and optimization

We’re looking for an Associate Campaign Manager to work in our Media department. This position is core to our business and the right person will gain a ton of experience while contributing directly to the company’s bottom line. This is a ideal first job for someone interested in advertising, online video, and understanding how ad campaigns work from start to finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In support of the Publisher Network Manager, you will manage online advertising campaigns. You will create, optimize, and complete campaigns from end to end. You will generate reports for clients and partners. You will trouble-shoot campaign issues and drive home solutions for these situations. You will be the focal point for all communication between sales, media, clients, and publishers for any campaigns you are managing.
BS/BA Required – undergraduate experience in mathematics, economics, or science recommended. Candidates from top-tier institutions desired. This is an entry-level position. Positions available in New York and San Francisco.

This person will report to the Senior Marketing Research Analyst and will be principally responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings. To accomplish this task, the Market Research Analyst works with the client (either internal or external) to understand, define and document the overarching business object. The Market Research Analyst applies qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations. Market Research Analysts frequently present the findings and recommendations to the client. The Marketing Analyst will provide functional reporting from various 3rd party research partners (comScore, Nielsen, Vizu…etc.) and applications to support our premium clients.
